When booking a safari the more information we have on your requirements and preferences the more efficient the process. With this in mind, we ask that you please give as much information as possible so that we may suggest and plan an itinerary that matches your expectations. Once we have this information, we then draw up an outline itinerary for your approval. The next step will be for Invent Africa to get provisional dates in camps and lodges and present you with a costing for the proposed safari. If all is acceptable, we then present a final costing and invoice requesting a deposit, which then confirms the safari dates and bookings with our ground handlers. Your full and detailed itinerary will follow. Final payments are usually between 6 weeks and 2 months prior to date of travel.

(If dates are not fixed, then indicate the parameters – bear in mind that travelling to and from Africa adds extra time)
